Where do you ship your cases from?

We ship all our cases from our warehouse in New York.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free to the US & Canada. To the UK, Europe and the Rest Of World it is $5.

 

How long does it take to make my case?

We aim to have made and dispatched every order within 1-4 business days!

 

Can I track my order?

Yes! When you order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

What is your returns policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your case and we will provide you with return instructions.

 

Do you offer MagSafe cases?

Yes! All our iPhone 13, 14 & 15 model cases (Pro/Max/Mini/Plus) are MagSafe compatible.

 

What are MagSafe cases?

Our MagSafe cases have magnets hidden within the case. These cases support wireless charging and other MagSafe accessories.

 

Can I have more than 2 initials on my case?

Yes! But please note the more intials you would like, the smaller they will be to ensure they fit on the case.
