HOW TO ORDER
1) Select your iPhone model from the dropdown menu.
2) Select the Photo Frame you would like.
3) Add your photo directly from your phone or computer.
4) If you would like your photo cropped or have any other requests, please add a note to your order during checkout.

All US, Canada & International orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York. You will be provided a tracking number via email when you order has dispatched.
US & Canada:
US: Your order will be shipped with USPS, delivery usually takes 3-5 days.
Canada: Your order will be shipped with Asendia, delivery usually takes 4-7 days.
UK & Europe
Your order will be shipped with Asendia, delivery usually takes 5-8 days.
Rest Of World
Your order will be shipped with Asendia, delivery usually takes 5-10 days.
Where do you ship your cases from?
We ship all our cases from our warehouse in New York.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to the US & Canada. To the UK, Europe and the Rest Of World it is $5.
How long does it take to make my case?
We aim to have made and dispatched every order within 1-4 business days!
Can I track my order?
Yes! When you order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your case and we will provide you with return instructions.
Do you offer MagSafe cases?
Yes! We offer MagSafe cases for all iPhone 13, 14 & 15 models.
What are MagSafe cases?
Our MagSafe cases have magnets hidden within the case. These cases support wireless charging and other MagSafe accessories.
Can I have more than 2 initials on my case?
Yes! But please note the more intials you would like, the smaller they will be to ensure they fit on the case.
